All customers of Zogox Chauffeuring DBA W-Limo, Zogox Logistics DBA Intersped and Zogox Travel are herein referred as Zogox customers.
It is the Zogox customer's responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding Travel Rewards Program, outlined below.
Zogox reserves the right to terminate Travel Rewards Program, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of Travel Points already accumulated. Zogox may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Travel Points required for reward redemption. Zogox will have final decision should any disputes over Travel Rewards or the awarding of Travel Points arise.
All customers of Zogox Chauffeuring (DBA W-Limo) are automatically enrolled in Travel Rewards Program and eligible to earn Travel Points without any additional registration required.
Zogox Chauffeuring Customers earn 2 % of the base service rate in travel points every time they book a ride with Zogox Chauffeuring under their account, without any difference who the passengers are (i.e. self, family members, friends, colleagues, etc.). As long as the reservation has been completed (honored and paid for) the appropriate travel points get automatically credited to the correspondent account.
Zogox Chauffeuring Customers also earn points by referring Zogox Chauffeuring to others. They earn 1 % of the base rate in travel points every time referrals of theirs are using Zogox services.
All customers of Zogox Logistics (DBA Intersped) are automatically enrolled in Travel Rewards Program and eligible to earn Travel Points without any additional registration required.
Zogox Logistics Customers earn 5 travel points every time they move a shipment through Zogox Logistics. They also earn points by referring Zogox Logistics to others. They earn 1 travel point for every 2 travel points a referral of theirs earns using Zogox Logistics services.
All Zogox Travel Customers are automatically enrolled in Travel Rewards Program and eligible to earn Travel Points without any additional registration required.
Zogox Travel Customers earn 100 travel points every time they book a Vacation or Cruise Package through Zogox Travel.
The point redemption procedure has three steps.
Step1. As there is no minimum to reach in order to redeem points, you are able to use earned points at any time by simply going to www.zogoxrewards.com/ and booking the travel arrangement of your choice (certain restrictions may apply- see answer 14. in FAQ). Upon the reservation has been completed you are instantly going to be provided with the reservation confirmation code (Travel Network Trip ID).
Step2. After the confirmation code has been obtained, you are able to submit the cash rebate request by going to www.zogoxrewards.com/ and completing the simple form. Upon the cash rebate request has been successfully submitted you will automatically receive a redemption confirmation e-mail.
Step3. After receiving the confirmation e-mail stating that redemption has been successfully submitted, you will receive the cash rebate by mail within next 4-6 weeks. Cash rebate is issued in the form of check and the amount of the check will be equal to the points redeemed for the particular reservation. Number of points to be redeemed with one travel reservation is optional and redeemed points are automatically going to be subtracted from your account.
*Travel arrangements that qualify for cash rebates:
Any Vacation or Cruise Travel Package of at least $3000.00 value including taxes and fees arranged through Zogox Travel.
One travel point in Zogox Rewards Program has cash value of $1.
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn with Zogox Rewards Program.
All Accumulated Points which have not been redeemed within a period of 24 months are subject of termination.
Each introductory $100 gift certificate (100 travel points) that has not been redeemed within 12 months from the date it`s being issued is subject to termination.
Zogox monitors and keeps track on travel point balances through Accurate Tracking System. The most recent point balance including pending points (for the orders that have been made but have not been completed yet) is being sent to Zogox customer in the confirmation e-mail with every new booking order. The point balance can also be requested by calling Zogox Travel Rewards Customer Service Center at 1-847-655-2549, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–10 PM (CST).
No points will be awarded until the reservation has been completed (i.e., the travel party has honored the reservation and paid for it), without any exceptions.
No points will be awarded if the reservation has been cancelled for any reason and the money for the reservation has been returned due to cancelation. If a customer is unable to honor a travel arrangement and fails to cancel, travel points associated to that booking are still going to be applied to the account.
There is no minimum of the number of points in order to redeem.
Zogox Travel Rewards have no are no blackout dates or destinations.
Travel Points can not be combined between Zogox accounts in order to be redeemed.
Zogox Rewards Program does not apply to bookings that contain any other discount offers, like travel agent or affiliate accounts.
Zogox reserves the right to terminate a customer's Travel Rewards' account and cancel accrued Travel Points if Zogox believes, in its sole discretion, that the customer is abusing the Travel Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to Zogox.
