9. How do I redeem my points?
The point redemption procedure has three simple steps:
Step 1. As there is no minimum to reach in order to redeem points, you are able to use earned points at any time by simply going to www.zogoxrewards.com and booking the travel arrangement of your choice (certain restrictions may apply- see answer 13. in FAQ). Upon the reservation has been completed you are instantly going to be provided with the reservation confirmation code (Travel Network Trip ID).
Step 2. After the confirmation code has been obtained, you are able to submit the cash rebate request by going to www.zogoxrewards.com/ and completing the simple form. Upon the cash rebate request has been successfully submitted you will automatically receive a redemption confirmation e-mail.
Step 3. After receiving the confirmation e-mail stating that redemption has been successfully submitted, you will receive the cash rebate by mail within next 4-6 weeks. Cash rebate is issued in the form of check and the amount of the check will be equal to the points redeemed for the particular reservation. Number of points to be redeemed with one travel reservation is optional and redeemed points are automatically going to be subtracted from your account.

Yes. Zogox Travel Points are redeemable for CASH REBATE. Zogox Rewards Program is TRAVEL REWARDS PROGRAM and in order to redeem your points for cash rebate you first need to book the travel arrangement through Zogox Travel and provide Zogox with the confirmation cod of that booking. After the confirmation code has been obtained, you are able to submit the cash back request by going to www.zogoxrewards.com/... and completing the simple form.

20. How do I find out my points balance?
Your most recent point balance including pending points (for the orders that have been made but have not been completed yet) is going to be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail every time you book new order with Zogox.
To check your point balance at any time, you can also call Zogox Travel Rewards Customer Service Center at 1-847-655-2549. Representatives are available to answer your questions Monday–Friday, 9 AM–10 PM (CST).
Note: Pending points cannot be redeemed until the orders they are associated with are completed.

Yes. If you cancel the reservation and the reservation hasn`t been paid for or the money for the reservation has been returned to your account due to cancelation, the points associated with that particular booking will not be applied to your account.
Note: If you cancel or do not use Zogox service that has been paid for, the travel points associated to that booking are still going to be applied to your account.
